Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 17, 2026 • Application: LullaLock: Baby Screen Lock (com.lullalock.app)

1. Zero Data Collection Guarantee

LullaLock is engineered from the ground up as a privacy-first parent utility. We do not collect, store, transmit, rent, or sell any personal data, usage analytics, device identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), location data, or biometric information.

  • Zero Third-Party Analytics: No Firebase, Mixpanel, Facebook SDK, or crash-reporting trackers are embedded in the binary.
  • Zero Advertising: LullaLock contains 0% third-party advertisements so infants and toddlers can never accidentally tap an external ad.
  • Zero Network Transmission: All sensory rendering, thermal monitoring, and procedural audio synthesis execute 100% offline on your iPhone.

2. Front Camera Usage (Safe Baby Mirror Mode)

LullaLock requests optional access to the front-facing camera (NSCameraUsageDescription) solely when a parent explicitly selects the Safe Baby Mirror mode.

  • Camera frames are rendered strictly in real time on your device screen via Apple's native AVCaptureVideoPreviewLayer at an eco-friendly 20 FPS.
  • No photo capture (AVCapturePhotoOutput) or video recording (AVCaptureMovieFileOutput) pipeline is ever instantiated in code.
  • Camera images never leave volatile device RAM, are never written to your Photos library or disk, and are never transmitted over the network.

3. In-App Purchases & Apple Family Sharing

All transactions (Lifetime Parent Pack com.lullalock.pro.lifetime, Annual Parent Pack com.lullalock.pro.annual, and Developer Tips) are processed directly by Apple via native StoreKit 2. LullaLock never receives or stores your credit card or Apple ID billing details.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)

Because LullaLock collects zero personal or device data and includes a 2.5-second progressive-haptic Parental Gate before accessing settings or StoreKit sheets, it fully complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and EU GDPR-K requirements.
